Job duties and job requirements: Responsibilities:                    
   -- Headcount planning to support Business development needs;                    
   -- Selection and Placement of Employees at all levels in the organization;                    
   -- Ensure job and function specific management training and development programs are in line with                    
the organization and individual development needs and within the allocated / approved budget;                    
   -- Works with HR team to establish the ranking system and salary structure for China organization;                    
   -- Conduct salary reviews in alignment with Business Unit strategies, and identify salaries&wages                    
budget;                    
   -- Ensures Competitive Salary&Benefits in line with Pay Policy;                    
   -- Design, implement and ensure the consistent operation of all of the company  HR and Admin                     
procedures and practices;                    
   -- Ensure adequate time frame and correctness of labor relations;                    
   -- Oversees deployment of communication channels and employee relationships Requirements;                    
requiements:                    
                    
       A Bachelors Degree in business, human resources, psychology or other related concentration.                                    
       6 years above HR working experience in Multi-National companies with 2 years in Manager role.                                        
       Extensive experience in HR Functions,such as C&B,Training,Recruitment,Organization Development, Performance Appraisal , etc.                    
       Good understanding of development process of leaders and employees.                     
       Good professionally and management capability in planning,resources organizing,team spirit building.                    
       Familiar with governmental policies and regulations.                     
       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.                    
       Good business acumen, resourceful and problem solving skills.                    
       Good team player, with strong leadership Applicants.                    
       Fluent in oral English and can be the work language.                    
       Have hr professional qualification is preferred.
