Job Description – Head Office
Job Title Finance Manager-Property Grade 3
Dept. Finance Sub-Division
Direct Reporting to Director of Finance Indirect Reporting to (if any)
Job’s Objective:
Responsible for establishing the property finance related regulations, construct valuable support to property business.
Plans, organizes and directs all property financial activities including the management of accounting, financial planning, fiscal procedures, store revamping and treasury management,
Establish cost control and investment studies & analyses model and measurements.
Duties & responsibilities:
● Responsible for all property investment analysis including new store and existing store revamping
● Budget and analysis on company wide capital spending and lease cost and income
● Fixed asset control including approval of FA acquisition and disposals
● Provide financial support to head of property department
● Routine communication with Kingfisher headoffice about capital investment
● Manage the capital investment feasibility proposal process
● Interact with Trading business to understand the implication of new store revamping business implication
● Provide analysis support for buyout transactions
● Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
Job knowledge/skill:
● Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
● At least 5 years working experience in accounting, auditing in foreign invested company
● Strong business acumen; capable of understanding business implication behind numbers; detail oriented
● Good written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
● Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning in an MNC company
● Bachelor degree required; Business and Management Majors are preferred; CPA or ACCA preferred
● Financial planning experience with a retailer or a decoration material product manufacturer strongly preferred
● Demonstrated leadership capability
● Good inter-personal skills
