| Job duties and job requirements: |
1，Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or equivalent;
2，At least 5 years of finance working experience in a wholly owned foreign enterprise or a joint-venture company, including 2 years in the same managerial position;
3，Be familiar with the accounting processes and financial control procedures of the manufacturing or trading or servicing based companies, know ERP well;
4，Have the ability of leadership with good communication skills;
