Responsibilities:

• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• 指导供应链经理及员工的工作，负责制定计划、编制预算并在其职能范围内有效地控制成本
• To conduct analysis and propose feasible long and short term supply chain solution.
• 实施分析切实可行的短长期供应链方案
• To supervise purchasing, production & material control, warehousing, customs and logistics teams
• 监督采购、生产及物控业务，指导仓库、报关及物流团队
• Manage the Logistics teams in China and Hong Kong to provide excellent services to our customers towards the business goals and objectives as well as key performance indicators
• 根据经营目标和关键指标，管理香港和大陆的物流团队，为客户提供优质的服务
• Liaise with external parties on freight rates, insurance claims and logistics arrangements
• 就运费费率、保险索赔和物流计划等方面问题和外界相关部门保持良好的沟通
• Supervise the shipping team to perform to the best of their accuracy and cost effectiveness
• 监控发货团队，确保发货的准确性及保证发货成本效率
• Monitor the warehouse inventory level to achieve business performance targets and standards
• 监督仓库库存量使其达到企业绩效的目标与标准
• Develop and enforce policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvement
• 制定并实施新的政策、指导方针及流程，确保业务的持续改善
• General regular reports for management review and provide possible solutions for identified issues
• 汇总定期的报告评审，并出现的问题提供可行性解决方案
• Handle ad hoc projects
• 处理特殊项目的工作
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or related field,
• 经济管理、供应链及物流等相关专业本科以上学历
• At least 10 years supply chain experience in a full spectrum of supply chain function including supply planning, logistics and distribution gained from MNC or well-known companies
• 跨国公司或知名企业10年以上供应链工作经验，并分别在供应计划、物流和分配等各职能岗位任职
• Strong experience in procurement is a must
• 必需具备丰富的采购管理经验
• Familiar with handling procedures of China Custom, Import & Export Declaration regulations and full sets of shipping procedures and documents
• 熟悉中国海关处理流程、进出口报关法规以及一系列的装运手续及单据
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP system
• 扎实的ERP系统实践经验
• Strong knowledge in transportation carrier operations and warehouse management
• 丰富的运输公司操作及仓库管理的知识
• Knowledge in SAP is highly desirable
• 有SAP相关经验可优先考虑
• Good analytical and managerial skills
• 良好的分析能力及管理技巧
• Excellent in English and Mandarin, knowledge in Cantonese is an advantage
• 精通英语及普通话，粤语熟练者可优先考虑
