工作职责及岗位要求: |
1. Drive a complete mechanical engineering team in Shenzhen.
2. Mechanical Systems R&D and Technical business development Support.
3. Mechanical Technology and Product/Process DFx, DOE.
4. Oversee engineering functions of the concept & development phases of a structured product development process for mechanical systems and components.
5. Support the analysis of new products for DFA and mechanical process flow for effective RFQ processing.
6. Trouble-shoot and solve technically complex mechanical design problems.
7. Technical support of business development activities.
8. Communicate customer product trends and associated future requirements with internal technology and development functions to drive innovation and value-add capabilities.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; advanced technical degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant power supply and consumer electronics products development or engineering experience.
2. Strong independent planning & customer interface skills.
3. Advanced training and experience with various technologies (Thermal engineering, Acoustic, 6-Sigma, DOE, etc.).
4. Strong design knowledge of power bank/adaptor/Consumer Electronics products.
5. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing at high volumes with direct factory support experience.
6. Communications skills must include: Fluent in English to communicate on design presentation, testing results, Failure analysis, solutions, etc, to cross-functional with various engineering backgrounds both internally and externally.
7. Written skills for various types of reporting including but not limited to: Data Collection/Process Control, Process Capability Studies, Quality Reporting per FSD, cGMP and/or ISO standards, Forecasting, Volume Projections, Actual vs. Predicted Production Performance and Quoting.
