工作职责及岗位要求: Job Responsibilities:  岗位职责: • Responsible for Indian business development for the brand. • 负责公司品牌印度业务的发展 • Draw up Indian market plan to develop a strategic plan. • 印度市场战略规划及计划制订 • Familiar with the cellphone product life cycle management of mobile phone. • 熟悉手机产品生命周期管理 • The company's planning and design of business model in India • 对公司印度业务模式进行规划设计 • Identify the effective sales and retail channels for the brand and the corporation. • 为企业和品牌确定有效的营销及零售渠道 • Strategic planning and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility • 计划实施战略性营销活动提高品牌知名度 • Ensure the brand’s image is effectively presented in each of their established and target markets. • 确保品牌形象在每一个现有市场和目标市场得到有效宣传 • Launch plan activities as well as recommend action steps and implementation to ensure success of product in the market. • 组织策划发行方案,建议活动步骤并实施,确保产品的成功上市 • Develop and implement publicity programs such as press conference, prepare and dispatch press release, handle media enquiries • 制定并实施宣传活动,比如新闻发布会,起草并发送新闻发布稿,解决媒体疑问 • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives • 制定并实施市场行销战略及方案,以达成经营目标 • Identify opportunities and challenges facing in the mobile business environment, facilitate product development  • 分析移动产业所面临的机遇和挑战,方便公司产品的开发工作 • Plan, organize and implement promotional and advertising activities for the company  • 为公司计划、组织并实施广告促销活动 • Manage the implementation of events and ensure flawless execution of every phase of the promotional campaigns        监管促销活动的实施,确保促销活动每一个环节都能够完美执行 • Handle budget planning and monitoring of Advertising & Promotion expenses • 广告和促销活动的费用预算和监控 • Be familiar with Indian Local Tax Law. • 熟悉了解印度当地税法   Job Requirements: • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline • 市场营销、经济管理等相关专业毕业 • Minimum 6-8 years relevant working experiences with solid experience in Marketing or        A&P with at least 2 years managerial experiences is a distinct advantage • 至少6-8年相关工作经验,两年以上扎实的市场营销或广告促销管理经验可优先考虑 • Solid experience in brand management and MNC exposure is a must  • 必须具备扎实的品牌管理经验及跨国公司工作经验 • Digital Marketing Experience is preferred • 有数字营销经验者可优先考虑 • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge • 精通计算机和办公室软件 • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese • 精通英语和普通话 • Organized, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines • 组织能力强,工作细心,能够在紧迫的时间内高效完成工作 • Good communication and interpersonal skills • 良好的沟通能力和人际关系处理能力 • Location in Indian is required • 常驻印度
