职位描述
1. University degree in Polymer/ resins science, macromolecule material, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Strong knowledge in injection process or extrusion process. Skill of plastic part development, especial tube extrusion parts production.
3. 5+ years of experience in plastic part (or tube extrusion) manufacturing, 3D modeling. Knowledge of injection /extrusion process as it relates to parts design for manufacturability, product functionality and validation prior to product release.
4. Good working knowledge of polymers/resins, tooling material.
5. Strong analytical skills (moldflow, DOE, statistical engineering)
6. Identify and develop new resins and materials or technology to improve the technical troubleshoot for field of injection/extrusion/balloon forming.
7. Make recommendations as to the technical feasibility of the method or means to resolve diagnosed
problems.
