Responsibilities:
工作职责：
• Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all of the activities of the operations in the PRC office，including administration、legal、intellectual property and PR.
• 负责中国区所有运营活动的计划、组织、实施以及管理,包括行政、法务、知识产权和公共关系。
• Establish budget and drive operational efficiency and optimize the cost for the plant to better control the expenses of the operation.
• 实施预算并保证运营效率，优化活动成本以控制运营费用的支出。
• To identify and recommend the short, medium and long term business strategies for the operation.
• 为公司运营提供短、中、长期的经营战略
• Prepare and present statistical and operational reports and recommendations for management review.
• 为公司管理评审提供统计报表、经营报告以及合理建议
• Closely assist the top management in planning, executing and monitoring coming plant relocation, liaising and interacting with internal departments, local authorities,architect, building and construction parties etc.
• 协助高层管理对未来工厂的搬迁事宜进行计划、执行和监督，对内和各部门保持良好的沟通，对外负责联络地方当局、建筑师以及建筑工程队并做好沟通工作
• To formulate and develop the media plan, public relation strategy, with the Corporate Communication Department
• 和公司通信部门一起拟订媒体宣传计划，制定公共关系战略
• To formulate and implement strategies and policies in corporate branding and image building
• 制定并实施公司品牌及企业形象战略政策
• To improve overall business communication internally and externally
• 提高全公司内、外部业务沟通
Requirements:
任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, tertiary educated with MBA is preferred
• 本科以上学历，MBA可优先考虑
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience and PRC experience is a must
• 10年以上相关工作经验，必须具备中国区的相关工作经验
• Knowledge of legal concepts and experiences in proof-reading legal documents would be an advantage
• 熟悉相关法律知识或有法律文件校对工作经验者可优先考虑
• Knowledge in ISO quality system ( ISO9001, ISO9000, ISO 14000,SA8000)
• 熟悉ISO( ISO9001, ISO9000, ISO 14000,SA8000)相关质量体系
• Solid skills in public relation / marketing is required
• 扎实的公共关系以及市场营销技能
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• 精通英语、普通话及粤语
• Strong communication skills, detail-minded
• 工作细心，沟通能力强
• Good time management and able to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
• 良好的时间管理能力，能够在紧迫的期限内高效完成任务。
• Stationed in Shenzhen is required
• 愿意在深圳工作
