Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
• Responsible for planning, direction and control of all research and development activities in relation to modification of existing products/processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development, packaging, labeling and technical research.
• 规划、指导和管控所有的研发活动，包括：现有产品或现有工艺的更改、产品检测、原材料检测、产品开发、包装设计、标签应用以及技术研究
• Design, plan, develop, lead and undertake project pertaining to development of new product or modification of existing products.
• 有关新产品项目的设计、规划、开发、指引及实施或现有产品的更改
• Study new technologies for application into new products
• 研究新产品中新技术的应用
• Participate in trial production and review, evaluate & consolidate information after trial test and draw recommendations for further improvement.
• 参与新产品量产前试产，审核、评估及整合试产结果并提出改良意见
• Responsible for designing development programs and conducting experiments to improve and develop new/existing technique/processing methods/formulations.
• 负责设计开发项目并开展新项目实验工作，以改善现有技术及工艺，开发新技术，提出新构思
• Prepare Research & Development test reports and design proposals for management review.
• 为管理评审提供研发测试报告及设计建议
• Supervise and monitor in the areas of ingredients sourcing, suppliers sourcing, clerical & documentation support, product specifications setting and experimental trials setting.
• 指导并监控原材料采购、供应商开发、文控文件支持、产品规格设置及实验性尝试的安排
Requirements:
任职要求：
• Doctoral Degree in computing, electronic engineering or equivalent
• 计算机、电子工程等相关专业博士学位
• 10+years related working experience of world –wide background in mobile phone industry
• 10年以上手机行业跨国背景相关工作经验
• Strong skills and experience in software development based on Android platform is a must, and software architecture design and development experience will be highly preferred.
• 必须具有丰富的基于Android平台的软件开发经验，具有底层设计经验者优先考虑。
• Demonstrated strong team management skills and experience is a must
• 必须具有丰富的团队管理经验
• Strong marketing sense, creative and be sensitive to market changes/trend
• 较强的市场意识，对市场变化及市场趋势敏感并能提出创造性建议
• Fluent in both spoken & written Chinese and English, good command in Mandarin.
• 英语汉语读、写流利，普通话流利
• Good management and problem solving skills
• 良好的管理能力及解决问题的能力
• Stationed in Shenzhen is required
