| 工作职责及岗位要求： |
Job responsibility:
Establish the accounting methods, financial management system and other regulations, check the implementation status. Check the economic transactions and important original vouchers for the validity, rationality and facility.
Be responsible for legal consultation and communication, and give basic legal opinions for relevant transaction and contracts.
know the new relevant tax and accounting laws and policies, do the consultation accordingly. Communicate and deal with the audit from Tax Bureau, Finance Bureau and Certified Public Accountants. Arrange the Union check of the governments and audit of the financial statements every year.
Deal with and control on the significant cash issue like bank loan etc.
Check the transfer price according to the group policy.
Do the analysis of factory cost and other financial analysis, thereby support to the management’s decision.
Check the group financial reports. Check the summary tax reports.
Communicate with the management efficiently. Arrange and coordinate the job in finance department. Cooperate with other department.
Fully grasp the content of the ‘‘accounting law” “accounting rules” “accounting system” etc., know the operation of the co..
Be familiar with contract law and other relevant law, can give feedback in time and with good communication skill.
Competence & Criteria Required:
Bachelor degree or above
Ten year working experience , 5 year manager experience in Foreign Equity Enterprises.Grasp the content of relevant tax laws and rules, have accurate judgment for the tax transaction.
Bachelor degree majored in accounting. With the certificate of accountant. Good knowledge of Chinese taxation and trading laws and regulations
Have good communication skills. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English
Good Finance analysis skill and management skill.

Be seriously and responsible,Good communication skill, team building skill and leadership.
